The data controller is NaraNova Tech LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India under the LLP Act 2008 (LLPIN ACX-8215), Sama Savli Road, Sama, Vadodara 390008, Gujarat, India. Data protection enquiries: contact@naranova.tech.
We collect only what you send us. Through the enquiry form on this site: your name, organisation, email address, optional telephone number, the nature of the engagement you describe, your message, and whether you requested the capability deck. We do not operate user accounts, and we do not profile visitors.
Our host records standard server logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and operational integrity. We do not use these logs to identify individuals.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
NaraNova Tech LLP is established in India. India has not received an adequacy decision from the European Commission under Art. 45 GDPR. Where personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area is transferred to us, that transfer is made under Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR where it is necessary for pre-contractual steps you have requested, or under Standard Contractual Clauses where a longer-term processing relationship is established. You may request details of the safeguards applied to any transfer concerning you.
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Enquiries that lead to an engagement are retained for the duration of that engagement and for the period required by applicable Indian tax, accounting and contractual record-keeping obligations. Server logs are retained by our host under its own standard retention period.
Where GDPR applies to you, you have the right to request access to your personal data (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To exercise any right, write to contact@naranova.tech. We respond within 30 days. If you consider that our processing infringes GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your EEA member state of residence, work or the place of the alleged infringement.
